This policy forms part of our Terms and is read with the brand Schedule. Nothing here limits your legal rights or the refund protections in the Terms.
For all our brands
-
Food and drinks are perishable and made for you, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns once collected or delivered. This does not limit your rights if something is faulty, unsafe, wrong, missing or not as described: tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it. Neither the 24 hours nor a photo is a condition of your legal rights.
-
If we cancel your whole order, you get a full refund. If we cannot supply part of an order, plan or pass, we refund that part.
-
Refunds go back to the original payment method, and only to the person who paid. BenefitPay transfers are refunded by transfer.
-
We start approved refunds within 7 days and tell you the date. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank.
-
Prices are in Bahraini Dinar and include 10% VAT. Card payments are processed securely by Tap Payments; we never see your full card number.

greenbeets meal plans
-
Change, pause or skip a delivery up to 24 hours before its delivery window.
-
Cancel before your first delivery's cut-off for a full refund.
-
After that, days already delivered or locked are charged at the full daily price of the nearest shorter package (or of your own plan if none is shorter), and we refund the rest. There is no separate discount clawback, the refund is never negative, and locked meals are still delivered. The app shows the exact refund before you confirm. This repricing does not apply where we failed to deliver, where a statutory remedy applies, or to refunds under Part 1, clause 3 of our Terms.
-
Paused and skipped meals are kept. Pauses and skips together may total 45 days in each 365-day period counted from your plan's start date; the app shows how many days you have left and when the allowance resets. Meals move to the end of your plan.
-
If we miss a delivery or get it wrong, choose a refund for those meals, or a replacement and a free day.
